BCgame withdrawal delayed 72 hours... normal?

Trying to withdraw 0.35 BTC from BC.Game for first time. Status says "processing" for past 72 hours with no update. Is this normal? Support keeps saying "security verification" but won't give timeline. Getting worried as it's significant amount for me

@CryptoWizard99 yes did full KYC when requested 2 days ago. Uploaded ID and everything but still processing

they're notorious for slow first withdrawals. took me 5 days to get my first 0.6 btc out. after that much faster

if you did kyc should be fine. they batch withdrawals sometimes to save on tx fees. annoying but not necessarily scam

just received email saying withdrawal approved! estimated 6-24 more hours for blockchain confirmation. relief but still annoying process. will update when btc actually arrives

their withdrawal process sketchy af. always trying to get you to cancel and keep playing while "processing"
