final update: got email saying investigation complete, they claim i was "abusing bonus mechanics" and voided all winnings. only refunding original 0.5 btc deposit. better than nothing i guess but feels like robbery. never gambling on crypto sites again

now they're saying my account shows "betting pattern inconsistencies" and are "investigating for terms violations"... wtf does that even mean?? feel like they're making excuses to keep my btc

update support finally replied. they're "investigating the server logs" but need 7-10 business days. also asking for screenshot of my balance before crash which I DONT HAVE. this feels like they're setting up to deny everything
